PTI Engineered Plastics Continues with Expansion Plan! January 2008 – Shelby Township, MI - In 2007 PTI Engineered Plastics broke ground on their new 110,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Mark Rathbone, CEO reports “This new facility will allow us to continue our impressive growth record and dramatically improve efficiencies. Our plan calls for completion by the fourth quarter 2008. January 2007 – Elgin, IL/Juarez. Mexico Delphi Automotive Systems has bestowed upon Capsonic Group and Capsonic Automotive their prestigious Pinnacle Award for outstanding performance in quality, cost and delivery. The Pinnacle Award is given to a select group of top Delphi worldwide suppliers. PTI Engineered Plastics passes FDA Audit!January 2007 – Clinton Township, MI PTI Engineered Plastics has passed their FDA Audit allowing PTI to manufacture class II medical devices. Nancy Gusmano, Quality Manager headed up the audit team for PTI. The certifications are FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO14844 (1-8) Clean Room Qualification.
